WHIMSICAL

Dimension :- 5.5 ft (W) x 8 ft(H) Medium : Oil & Acrylic on Canvas Whimsical is born out of “failure”. I was commissioned to do a painting however, due to the size of the painting, it was not taken up, who eventually purchased another commissioned piece. The original Whimsical was hanging up in my home for several months and every time I walked past it, I was not happy with it. Due to the fact that it was now mine to do what I want with it, I decided, I am going to do exactly that and repaint the whole canvas which I did!

BAMBOO PATH

Dimension :- 1.8 ft (W) x 8.6 ft(H) Medium : Acrylic on Canvas Stepping out. I painted this during the lockdown in Malaysia.This painting makes me feel like as though I’m walking towards a beautiful swimming pool in one of our Malaysian beach resorts. This is one of my favorite paintings because it challenged me as the “green” hues and the bamboo path was a new subject for me.

Dimension :- 2 ft (W) x 3 ft(H) Medium : Oil & Acrylic on Canvas Sunday drive. The vivid contrast of the dark road flanked by the red trees. It’s a beautiful unison of nature and extrinsicity .
