At The Artisans Haven, we believe in the transformative power of artisanal crafts. Our core business focuses on providing unique, high-quality gifts and handmade products to tourists and locals alike. By dedicating 70% of our retail space to women entrepreneurs and social organizations, we ensure that every purchase supports a meaningful cause and contributes to our monthly sales of at least RM25K.

Jade Lee, the visionary behind The Artisans Haven, transformed a platform of 30 artisans into a thriving e-commerce hub supporting over 1,000 businesses, mainly women-led. With 40 years of experience in finance and business management, she leverages her expertise to empower small artisans by providing distribution capabilities, strong business networks, and marketing support. Jade emphasizes the unique value of local handmade goods and their significant impact on community economies and social change.
